i can't believe it. finally, my PC is running smoothly... heh heh heh (*smirks*...)
i downloaded a program called Advanced System Optimizer, or ASO for short. umm... well, i don't like calling it as 'ASO' since 'aso' is the Filipino word for a dog. yeah, dog. a canine, 'inu' in japanese. OMG, that proggy's sure nice and nifty, pity i don't have a serial of it. i've searched for a crack on this program, but heck, they redirect me to keygen and crack/serial sites, and as far as i know, those sites are filled to the brim with spywares and viruses.
seriously.
damn, i had no option but to reinstall Norton 2004. i borrowed it from a friend, Aoi... right about... etou... last year??! (heh heh heh) anyway, he's bugging me to return it these past few days. i was kinda thinking he'd let it rot with me forever... oh, that means he does remember some things aside from Ragnarok Online.
sou ka! so he is still human! i thought his soul was sucked right into his PC and his body is a hollow shell. oh heck, what am i saying...
well, my 256MB DDRAM is working fine (i had frequent crashes back before), and it's a nice change. i couldn't play RO worth a damn with my video card acting all up and s#!+. heh heh... if you know what i mean... but damn! my internet connection is still soooo slow. as in sluggish-slow.
currently, i'm still beating the hell out of Ragnarok Battle Online. hey guys, you know it? it's Gravity Interactive LLC's follow-up to one of the greatest MMORPGs out there, Ragnarok Online. greatest...?
umm... maybe i'm just biased. i just love the game. ^^
well, i'm playing the demo version... 67.6 MB... heheh... 4-6 hours' worth of DL time on most dial-ups. the game involves a mission-based fighting game where you control a character and hack your way through areas literally jampacked with enemies. heh heh... the demo version includes Stage 6, which is Orc Village. i dunno why Goblins and Porings were included there, when in RO only PoPorings and Yoyos are the monsters in Orc Village aside from the usual, run-of-the-mill Orcs.
oh, the Horn too. gomen...
can you believe it? there's only a single Orc Lady there, and heck... it's a mini-boss!
the stage boss is Orc Hero and his usual mob of High Orcs. a cakewalk, if you ask me. i managed to finish it in 9'08", a pretty good time by my standard considering i use a Swordsman. the best time for my Magician is currently 9'30". i cheated... ^^ i used agility as a prime stat for my Swordie. in Ragnarok Battle Online, agility translates to the ability to chain numerous combos and mobility.
and the Magician flies! goddammit! wahahahahah!!! he has kinda like an air-dash function reminiscent of the Guilty Gear series.
... ... ... ...
oh, i may have to continue the following ficcies: Twilight Sonata, Sword-Dance Concerto, Second Eden, and my line of RO short stories, Dark Symphony. i just don't have the energy...
i dunno why. depressed? nah.
currently watching Stellvia of the Universe. my friend from Singapore, Fei Yuki, first introduced me to the anime. the CG is good, as well as the art and the animation. the sound... hmm... it's okay, but just okay. the opening and ending themes are a bit above average. Stellvia is a space-based high-tech anime set in 2356-2357 AD. heheheh... the space battles constantly remind me of the game Homeworld 2.
so there. *yawns* maybe i need some sleep.
hey, that's mine...! *shouts at younger brother*
heh heh... Yuki out.
*end of transmission*
